Sarah Brown serves as Director of Communications for McKibbon Hospitality, leading the company’s internal and external communications strategy. In this role, she works hand in hand with leaders across the organization to align messaging with strategic priorities and enhance the McKibbon brand. Since joining McKibbon as Communications Manager in 2019, she has strengthened the organization’s corporate messaging, communication channels, crisis response, brand storytelling, and media relations, resulting in her promotion to Director of Communications in 2025. Prior to her time with McKibbon, she held several roles with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Florida State Parks, including Strategic Communications Manager, Social Media Manager, and Public Information Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English – Editing, Writing & Media from Florida State University.
