Michael Herr joined McKibbon in 2021 as a Regional Revenue Manager, bringing nearly 15 years of revenue management leadership experience and expertise to the team. In 2022, he was promoted to a newly created position, Regional Director of Revenue Management, responsible for providing direction and oversight of revenue maximization strategies and opportunities for his portfolio of hotels while also supporting our team of in-house regional revenue managers. Prior to joining McKibbon, Michael held various revenue management positions with HEI Hotels and Resorts, White Lodging, Midas Hospitality, and Marcus Hotels & Resorts. He also served as an independent revenue management consultant and contractor. He holds certifications in a variety of revenue management and accounting systems with key brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG.
