Kiara Maccarone serves as Director of Human Resources and is responsible for providing our portfolio with a wide range of Human Resources support, including conflict resolution and mediation, career and leadership development, benefits enrollment, and more. With nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience, she joined the McKibbon team in 2025 from Aimbridge Hospitality where she served as Regional Human Resources Manager, supporting 60-plus hotels and 1,500-plus associates with employee relations, career development, benefits enrollment, and performance management, preceded by several on-property Human Resources roles at hotels throughout Tampa Bay.
