Dyan’s thorough attention to detail and analytical mind make her the perfect woman for the job, working diligently behind the scenes to ensure paychecks are processed and issued correctly, guiding our associates through the sometimes-intimidating world of 401ks, benefits, and taxes, and lending her expert opinion on compliance and company-wide human resources initiatives. In addition to her extensive background in Payroll and Human Resources over the course of her 10-plus year career, Dyan holds Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association and is an ADP-certified Payroll Specialist, which she considers her greatest career accomplishment to-date. The secret to this Michigan native’s success? Starting each morning with a gym session and strong coffee and ending her day with lots of hugs from her two kids, plus a good healthy dose of warm Florida sunshine.
