Adam Winning serves as Director of Operations Support & Analytics for McKibbon Hospitality, creating a vital link between our corporate strategy and on-property operations, developing proformas for new management contracts, supporting business intelligence initiatives, and assisting with hotel openings and transitions. A tenured hospitality professional with more than 15 years of experience, Adam joined the McKibbon team in 2009 while studying Hospitality Management at Florida Gulf Coast University. He held operational leadership roles at hotels throughout the McKibbon portfolio before joining the corporate team in 2025. His commitment to excellence has been recognized with notable awards and accolades including McKibbon Regional General Manager of the Year in 2018 and 2022, Hotel Management’s 2021 30 Under 30 Class, and General Manager of the Year for Aloft Hotels by Marriott International.
