The new additions – totaling 2,280 rooms – span select-service and extended-stay properties across various Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide and Hyatt Hotels Corporation brands. Since the pandemic began in 2020, the company has assumed management of 27 new properties in total. This brings the company’s current portfolio to 96 schemes, which together comprise 11,097 keys.
