With every new hotel management acquisition, our goals are to improve the overall guest experience, and by extension, increase revenue and Gross Operating Profit (GOP) performance as quickly as possible. We also aim to properly address any areas of hotel operations that may need improvement and re-evaluation. The addition of St. Charles’ Courtyard by Marriott followed suit in the fall of 2013.

In addition, we evaluate every aspect of a hotel’s daily operations while simultaneously keeping our employees satisfied and keeping our operations running smoothly. Within the first two years of managing this property, we are proud to report that revenue improved by 29%, RevPAR Index (RPI) increased by 16%, and GOP was up 15%.
