Yet another perfect example of McKibbon’s “promote from within” philosophy, Lynn started with McKibbon over two decades ago, as a general manager for Residence Inn by Marriott in Macon, Georgia. She attributes her success to her passion for the job and her belief in supporting fellow colleagues while keeping herself (and others) accountable. Of course, closing countless pieces of new business hasn’t hurt either. Throughout the years, she’s recruited, trained and nurtured a team of leading sales and marketing gurus she’s proud to call her colleagues.
Lynn carries her most valuable possession with her anytime she travels: a note her mother gave her on her wedding day. That note helps remind her of what matters most: relationships, supporting others, and passion in everything you do. Lynn applies this philosophy to her career, and believes that collaboration has proved to be the foundation of McKibbon’s distinct success.
Lynn feels most at home on the water with her husband, cruising along in their boat. She loves the journey life has led her down thus far, and she looks forward to charting new territory at McKibbon.
