As the corporate food and beverage director, DeLacey’s mission is to make sure that across every hotel in our portfolio, our guests get a taste of our commitment to superior customer service. While every brand has its own distinct “culinary personality,” DeLacey strives to create a food and beverage experience that’s both authentic, delicious and as localized as possible. He’s been a part of the McKibbon family for the past five years, and during that time has worked to grow a team that’s loyal and trustworthy.
One of DeLacey’s proudest career accomplishments is being part of the opening team for Stone Eagle Golf Club inside the Santa Rosa and San Jacinta Mountains National Monument, and it’s no surprise — his favorite place to relax and unwind is the North Georgia mountains, surrounded by family.
After starting each day with a cup of coffee and some quiet time, you might find DeLacey spending his free time with a good book. You’ll know it’s him by his heart-shaped bookmark, a handmade gift from his daughter.
