Bruce Robinson joined McKibbon Hospitality in 2018 as Food & Beverage Director for our Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Westshore property and its in-house restaurant, COAST Westshore. In 2021, he was promoted to Corporate Food & Beverage Director, lending his expertise and 20-plus years of food & beverage leadership experience to our portfolio of hotels and managed independent rooftop bar and restaurant concepts.

From implementing brand standards pertaining to food & beverage operations, including catering and banquets to creating and consulting on new menus, coordinating with vendors, training our team of food & beverage associates, and more, Bruce is a proven leader in cultivating profit and a guest experience that exceeds expectation.

Throughout the course of his award-winning career, Bruce has overseen Food & Beverage operations for a number of notable hotels and resorts, including The Marriott Palm Beach Gardens, The Seagate Hotel and Spa, Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando, Wyndham Garden Clearwater Beach, and the Sandpearl Resort.
