Bringing more than 20 years of hands-on industry experience to McKibbon’s in-house Food & Beverage team, Anthony Sambrato, Jr. is responsible for implementing brand standards and strengthening the food and beverage culture and execution across McKibbon’s portfolio of hotels as Corporate Food & Beverage Director for Select-Service & Extended-Stay brands.

Anthony got his start here in Tampa at the renowned Roy's Restaurant, where he held a variety of positions, including server, bartender, corporate trainer and eventually restaurant manager, gaining a deep and diverse knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and restaurant operations.

He joins McKibbon most recently from Mainsail Lodging and Development. During his tenure with Mainsail, he served as General Manager of Luminary Hotel’s fine dining restaurant, Silver King Brasserie and as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Mainsail’s Fenway Hotel.
