Alison Asher serves as Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for McKibbon Hospitality, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of hotels, developing and executing effective sales & marketing strategies, and providing support and guidance to the sales leaders in her region. An experienced and dedicated leader, Alison joined the McKibbon team in 2008 as a Sales & Service Coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks, taking on a variety of sales and operational leadership roles in hotels throughout the Tampa Bay area. Prior to joining the corporate team in 2023, Asher led all sales efforts for McKibbon’s six hotels in Avion Park as Market Director of Sales for the Westshore Cluster, producing results and mentoring countless individuals through her thoughtful decision making, open communication and extensive knowledge of the Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt brands. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Communications from Florida State University.
