Investing With McKibbon

Our business focus is hospitality, and has been since the late 1940s. In 1963, McKibbon became one of the first franchisees of Holiday Inns, and in 1993 was awarded one of the first Courtyard by Marriott franchises in the Southeast. When you invest with McKibbon, you are partnering with a company that stretches over nine decades and three generations of performance excellence.

With dual headquarters in Gainesville, Georgia and Tampa, Florida, McKibbon’s footprint expands to eight southeastern states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Currently, McKibbon develops hotels under the flags of the three industry leaders, Marriott International, Hilton Hotels and Starwood Hotels. Our expertise and experience is in the Select Service and Extended Stay segments that target the business traveler and the weekend leisure guest. We have been successful in developing over 60 hotels and maintain a conservative growth plan for the future.

Historically, ownership in McKibbon’s hotels has been by the McKibbon family exclusively. Over the years, that has expanded to include board members, company officers and key relationships of the company. Today through a unique opportunity, McKibbon is offering the chance for new investors to be added to their list of partners.
